idc88 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "idc88", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the idc88 platform, accessible at idc88.club, together with its affiliated entities, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Platform" — refers to the idc88 website, mobile browser interface, all associated sub-pages, APIs, and any software tools made available by idc88 at idc88.club or any successor domain.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on the Platform, which holds the player's balance, transaction history, bonus credits, and personal information.
• "Balance" — refers to the aggregate of real-money funds held in a player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits not yet released as withdrawable funds.
• "Bonus Credits" — refers to non-cash promotional value added to an Account in connection with a specific promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — refers to any real-money stake placed by a player on a game outcome or sports event through the Platform.
• "IDR" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which all Account balances and transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by idc88 prior to processing withdrawal requests or in response to security reviews.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" — refers to deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all registered players through Account settings.

To be eligible to register and use the idc88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited for individual users.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of idc88 or any of its affiliated game suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, or Spribe.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended idc88 Account under any name, email address, phone number, device, or payment method.
• You have not previously been subject to a self-exclusion order on the Platform that remains in effect.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering or placing Wagers under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment.

idc88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any stage and to suspend or close an Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to idc88's reasonable satisfaction.

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of the idc88 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian mobile number, and a valid email address. You may then access your Account via the idc88 Login page.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and any subsequent account update is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information — including the use of another person's identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether sequentially or simultaneously, and regardless of the payment method or device used — is strictly prohibited. idc88 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, idc88 will close all associated Accounts, retain any Bonus Credits, and return real-money deposits in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your idc88 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. You agree to notify idc88 immediately at support@idc88.club if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. idc88 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.5 KYC Verification

idc88 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to a security or fraud review. Acceptable documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or SIM, along with proof of ownership of the payment method used. idc88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC is completed to its satisfaction.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

idc88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in IDR. idc88 does not currently accept deposits or withdrawals via international credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or cryptocurrency channels.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the cashier page of your Account. idc88 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice posted on the Platform.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation from your bank or e-wallet provider. Withdrawal requests are processed by idc88 within an average of five (5) minutes, subject to KYC clearance and any fraud screening requirements. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian national public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi, due to reduced banking system availability.

4.4 Payment Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet account used to make the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by idc88's finance team following a KYC review. idc88 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests to unverified or mismatched payment destinations.

4.5 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. idc88 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

5.1 Eligibility for Promotions

Promotional offers and bonuses available on idc88 are open to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Players who are found to be operating multiple Accounts to claim promotions multiple times will be disqualified from all promotions and may have their Accounts closed.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Credits issued by idc88 are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the total amount that must be wagered before the bonus value (or winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

idc88 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold any winnings generated from a bonus, and close an Account if idc88 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent; coordinating with other players to exploit promotions; and using automated scripts or betting tools.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

idc88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in progress, subject to the applicable terms of that specific promotion.

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the idc88 sportsbook are subject to idc88's general sportsbook rules, which govern settlement, void conditions, and dispute resolution. These rules apply to all markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, as well as *mix parlay* (multi-leg accumulator) bets.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all markets and game categories. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. idc88 reserves the right to apply individual bet limits to specific players, markets, or events without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to change or suspension at any time, including without notice, due to events during a match (injuries, red cards, technical issues). Bets accepted before a market suspension will be settled in accordance with the outcome of the relevant event.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games available in the idc88 lobby are operated by certified third-party game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) and use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG). Game results are final once the round has concluded. idc88 is not responsible for any technical faults originating from a third-party game engine.

6.5 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the game will resume from the last confirmed game state upon reconnection, subject to the technical architecture of the relevant game provider. idc88 is not liable for losses attributed to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the idc88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Credits, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering more than one Account in your own name or using another person's identity to register an Account.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing anomalies in any market or game. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable error will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any event on which idc88 offers betting markets.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from any illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of chip dumping, coordinated play, or other strategies designed to transfer Balance between Accounts in a manner that circumvents idc88's systems.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with any part of the idc88 Platform, infrastructure, or game software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing idc88 staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the idc88 Platform — including but not limited to the idc88 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of idc88 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use idc88's intellectual property for any purpose outside of normal personal use of the Platform.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of idc88. Unauthorised use of idc88's brand, trademarks, or Platform content may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idc88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or inability to access the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered on it;
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in any content or data displayed on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials;
• The outcome of any Wager, game result, or sports event;
• Any technical malfunction of a third-party game provider's software.

idc88's total aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 Termination by Player

You may close your idc88 Account at any time by contacting idc88 customer support at support@idc88.club. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no active Bonus Credits with incomplete wagering requirements remain.

10.2 Termination by idc88

idc88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• idc88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your Account;
• Your Account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with a zero Balance;
• idc88 is required to do so by any regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all Bonus Credits are immediately forfeited. Real-money Balance will be handled in accordance with idc88's anti-fraud and AML procedures. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12 — will continue to apply following closure of your Account.

idc88 collects, processes, and stores personal data about you in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

idc88 applies industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit TLS 1.3 encryption and access controls — to protect your personal data. idc88 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with game providers, payment processors, and KYC verification partners strictly for the purpose of providing the Platform's services to you.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idc88 holds its international gaming licence. idc88 operates under an internationally recognised online gaming licence and complies with the regulatory requirements of that licensing jurisdiction.

12.1 Internal Complaints Process

If you have a dispute with idc88 regarding a bet settlement, account decision, or any other matter, you should first contact idc88 customer support at support@idc88.club with full details of your complaint. idc88 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours (WIB) and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.

12.2 Escalation

If idc88's internal complaints process does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, the dispute may be escalated to the applicable independent dispute resolution body designated by idc88's licensing authority. Details of the escalation procedure will be provided to you at the time your internal complaint is formally logged.

12.3 Indonesian Player Context

You acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to change and that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of idc88 complies with any laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction. idc88 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions.

idc88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, idc88 will provide reasonable notice by posting a notification on the Platform or sending an email to the address registered on your Account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact idc88 to close your Account.
